What You’ll Do
Provide support in ensuring financial records remain precise and current.
Accurately document and log all daily financial transactions with meticulous attention to detail.
Manages accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments while maintaining accurate records of financial transactions. Responsible for reconciling accounts, verifying data accuracy, and resolving discrepancies to support efficient cash flow management. Facilitate the management and execution of Accounts Payable and Receivable operations to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.

Provides support in the compilation and generation of financial statements and reports.
Prepare financial analyses on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to support organizational decision-making and strategic planning.
Facilitate and coordinate both external and internal audit procedures to ensure compliance and operational transparency.
Oversee adherence to established accounting standards and regulatory requirements to maintain organizational integrity and accuracy in financial reporting.

What We’re Looking For
A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related discipline is required.
Applicants must be no older than 30 years.
Must possess either a completed National Youth Service Corps (NYC) program or a valid exemption letter.
Exceptional proficiency in analytical reasoning and complex problem-solving is essential.
Demonstrates meticulous precision and a steadfast commitment to accuracy in all responsibilities.
Requires a strong command of Microsoft Excel and accounting applications, including the ability to leverage their functionalities for data analysis and financial management.
