Job Summary

We are in search of a highly proficient and seasoned Panel Beater to integrate into our automobile manufacturing team.

The ideal candidate will be tasked with forming, restoring, aligning, and completing vehicle body panels and metal components to maintain adherence to the company’s stringent quality, safety, and production benchmarks.

Oversee and execute critical duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives while maintaining high standards of performance and accountability. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive sustainable growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster innovation, streamline processes, and achieve key performance indicators. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, cultivating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Monitor progress, analyze outcomes, and present insights to senior management to inform data-driven decision-making. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices to mitigate risks and uphold organizational integrity.

Responsibilities include restoring, adjusting, and installing vehicle body panels, frames, and metal structures to precise specifications.

Craft metal panels utilizing advanced machinery and specialized implements to achieve precise specifications.

Demonstrate proficiency in restoring vehicle body panels to their original condition by meticulously eliminating dents, scratches, and other surface imperfections.

Replace any damaged or faulty body parts as required.

Analyze and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and work instructions to ensure accurate execution of tasks.

Thoroughly prepare vehicle bodies and surfaces to ensure optimal conditions for subsequent painting and finishing operations.

Execute necessary welding, grinding, sanding, and metal finishing operations as assigned.

Review completed tasks to verify adherence to established quality and safety protocols.

Work alongside production, welding, painting, and quality control teams to enhance cross-functional coordination and operational efficiency.

Ensure tools, equipment, and workspaces are consistently maintained in a safe, organized, and efficient manner.

Maintain compliance with all workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required, with a minimum of three years of progressive accounting experience. CPA certification or progress towards obtaining it is strongly preferred. Proficiency in financial software, particularly Excel, is essential. Excellent analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines are critical. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for collaborating with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance is mandatory. Experience in financial reporting and audit support is a plus.

A minimum qualification of an OND, Trade Test Certificate, Technical College Certificate, or an equivalent vocational credential in Panel Beating, Auto Body Repair, Welding & Fabrication, or a closely related discipline is required.

Seeking candidates with at least two to three years of hands-on experience in automobile manufacturing, auto body repair, or vehicle assembly to fill this role.

Proficiency in panel beating, metal shaping, welding, and body repair techniques is required.

Proficiency in understanding and analyzing technical drawings as well as repair specifications is required.

Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and a steadfast dedication to delivering superior workmanship.

Proven ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions collaboratively.

Proficient in the safe operation of hand tools, power tools, and body repair equipment is required.

Able to maintain optimal physical condition and perform effectively within a manufacturing setting.
