Oversee and maintain real-time visibility of fleet vehicles through advanced GPS tracking technology.
Deliver live tracking information regarding vehicle locations and movements.
Verify that drivers consistently follow designated routes and adhere to established schedules.
Monitor and promptly escalate any delays, deviations from planned routes, or potential security concerns to the appropriate stakeholders.
Accurately document vehicle movements and compile detailed trip reports to ensure comprehensive record-keeping.
Coordinate with drivers, transport teams, and relevant stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
Compile regular fleet tracking reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to provide comprehensive operational insights and ensure fleet performance metrics are accurately documented and analyzed.
Analyze and track fuel usage and vehicle utilization as needed.
Promptly disseminate information regarding incidents, breakdowns, or emergencies as they occur.
Facilitate the coordination and optimization of transport and logistics activities across the organization, ensuring seamless operational flow and efficiency in all related processes.
