The Operations Specialist is responsible for maintaining data accuracy, facilitating collaboration across departments, and managing CRM and fintech platforms. Additionally, this role oversees backend logistics, including onboarding processes, KYC compliance, and commission tracking.

Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to optimize workflow efficiency and productivity. Responsible for ensuring the integrity and upkeep of all sales, agent, and dealer data within CRM and proprietary fintech platforms.
Onboarding and Compliance (KYC): Optimize the complete onboarding process for new agents and dealers while performing thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) verifications to guarantee full regulatory adherence.
Collaborate effectively across departments to enhance and streamline daily operational workflows.
Audit, track, and reconcile sales commissions, performance tiers, and incentive payouts to ensure accuracy and maintain transparency throughout the process.
Key performance indicators encompass revenue growth, customer acquisition rates, market share expansion, and operational efficiency metrics, serving as critical benchmarks for evaluating overall business success. Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies is essential to accurately track, interpret, and report on these KPIs. The role demands a strategic mindset to identify trends, pinpoint performance gaps, and propose actionable improvements that align with organizational objectives. Strong communication skills are required to present findings clearly to stakeholders and collaborate across departments to implement data-driven solutions. Additionally, the ability to adapt KPI frameworks as business priorities evolve ensures sustained relevance and impact.

Achieving streamlined onboarding by reducing the turnaround time (TAT) for agent and dealer verification and system activation, while upholding rigorous Know Your Customer (KYC) standards.
The position is responsible for ensuring a near-zero error rate in CRM data management and incentive calculations, thereby maintaining a high Data Quality Index.
Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by at least three years of hands-on experience in software development or a comparable technical role. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with a strong grasp of algorithms and data structures. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices is highly preferred. Excellent problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams are required. Must demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and innovation in a fast-paced environment.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, or a closely related discipline is required.
With 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Sales Operations, Fintech support, or a data-driven customer/partner operations role, you bring a strong background to this position.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential; prior experience with CRM systems or dashboard development is considered beneficial.
