Job Summary

We seek a dynamic, fashion-savvy, and performance-oriented Sales & Client Experience Officer to enhance customer engagement and accelerate revenue growth.

The Sales & Client Experience Officer will be tasked with providing exceptional customer service, enhancing sales performance, cultivating client relationships, and assisting in the brand’s digital and physical retail operations.

The successful applicant must demonstrate a deep enthusiasm for fashion and retail, outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, and a solid grasp of social media, digital marketing, and content creation strategies.

Oversee critical operational tasks including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices. Store Operations & Merchandising professionals oversee daily store management, ensuring optimal customer experiences and operational efficiency. They lead inventory control, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to maintain appealing product displays and meet sales targets. Additionally, they train and supervise staff, enforce company policies, and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Strong leadership, analytical skills, and a customer-focused mindset are essential, often requiring prior retail experience and proficiency in POS systems.

The ideal candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field, along with a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel skills are essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities are required, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Prior experience in project management or a similar role is highly desirable.

Seeking candidates with a minimum of two to three years of hands-on experience in retail sales, customer service, or a comparable professional setting.
