Requirements
Responsible for overseeing and managing designated program tracks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategic goals. Monitors progress through regular evaluations, identifies areas for improvement, and implements necessary adjustments to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful execution while maintaining high standards of accountability and performance. Requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in project management tools, and the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels. Minimum of five years of relevant experience in program management or a related field is preferred.
ELT Retail seeks dedicated professionals who excel in fostering connections and delivering outstanding customer experiences by leading branch operations and prioritizing service excellence.
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree awarded with at least a Second-Class Lower Division (2:2) or its equivalent from a recognized higher education institution.
ELT Tech seeks dynamic innovators and solution-driven professionals to spearhead our digital transformation initiatives. Candidates must hold a Second-Class Lower Division (2:2) degree or higher from a recognized accredited university in any academic field.
General Requirement
Individuals must either reside within Nigeria or possess the legal eligibility to work in the country.
Candidates must have fulfilled the National Youth Service Corps (NYC) requirements as part of their eligibility for this position.
