Oversee and execute daily operational duties to ensure seamless workflow efficiency, including coordinating team activities, monitoring progress, and addressing any arising challenges promptly. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and optimize resource allocation. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to align goals, foster innovation, and drive continuous improvement. Maintain accurate documentation, track performance metrics, and prepare comprehensive reports to evaluate outcomes and support data-driven decision-making. Serve as a liaison between senior management and staff to facilitate clear communication, resolve conflicts, and uphold organizational policies.

Spearheads the recruitment and seamless integration of Firestone Agents into the operational framework.

Develop a comprehensive list of the target market.

Engage inactive Agents to reactivate their participation and involvement.

Expand and strengthen the Banks Agents network through strategic development initiatives.

Responsible for overseeing Firestone Agents, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to established standards.

Address all inquiries and questions promptly, guaranteeing timely resolution of agents’ issues.

Responsible for meticulously recording and documenting all activities performed by Capture Agents to ensure strict adherence to established policies and compliance standards.

Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of all entrusted information by adhering to the Bank’s Information Security requirements and aligning with the principles and policies outlined in the Information Security Handbook.

Expertly identifying and seamlessly integrating new customers into the system is essential to expanding our market presence and fostering long-term relationships.

Ensure that funding is secured for all newly established accounts.

Facilitate the enrollment of users into Wallets, ensuring all necessary steps are completed accurately and efficiently to establish secure and functional digital wallet accounts.

Ensures that sufficient funds are allocated to newly established wallets.

Prospect and onboard new customers via the USED and First Mobile platforms.

Address all incoming inquiries and questions promptly, ensuring that new customer issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Ensure all activities are accurately recorded to maintain compliance with established organizational policies and procedures.

The role necessitates a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a comparable position, along with a proven track record of delivering successful projects within defined timelines and budgets. Candidates must possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, exceptional communication skills for both written and verbal interactions, and the capacity to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, as well as a solid understanding of current trends and best practices, is essential. Additionally, the ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership capabilities and a commitment to continuous professional development.

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division or Upper Credit.

Must have flair for sales
