Job Summary
We are in search of a highly intelligent, forward-thinking, and digitally proficient Graduate Trainee Intern (NYC Corps Member) to strengthen our team.
The successful candidate should have a degree in Computer Science or a closely related field, along with foundational understanding or practical experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and online research.

Oversees and executes core duties essential to the role, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and standards. Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing initiatives spanning multiple online channels.
Responsibilities include supporting the development and expansion of the company’s social media presence.
Develop compelling and original content tailored for social media platforms, blog posts, email newsletters, and website updates to enhance audience engagement and communication.
Perform comprehensive online research to analyze current market trends, assess competitor strategies, and track key industry advancements.
Assist in maintaining and updating website content while performing fundamental search engine optimization tasks.
Drive digital initiatives aimed at generating high-quality leads by leveraging online platforms and technologies.
Track social media interactions and address inquiries as needed.
Provide support in the development of straightforward graphics, presentations, and marketing collateral through the use of design software.
Prepare comprehensive reports that analyze and summarize digital marketing performance metrics and the outcomes of marketing campaigns.
Offer comprehensive administrative and technical assistance to designated departments as required.
Remain current with the latest advancements in digital tools, evolving technologies, and shifting online marketing trends.
Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.
Must possess active National Youth Service Corps (NYC) membership and be actively serving in Lagos State.
Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Content Creation, or SEO, whether through practical experience or foundational knowledge, is essential.
Proficient in conducting thorough online research and possessing advanced computer literacy.
Proficiency in utilizing tools including Canva, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and various social media platforms is required.
A familiarity with website management and digital technologies is beneficial.
Exceptional proficiency in both written and oral communication is required.
Proactively seeks innovative solutions while maintaining a creative mindset and demonstrating a strong willingness to acquire new skills and knowledge.
Proven capability to function autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
