The Sales Operations Manager in a mobile phones, accessories, and solar (energy) enterprise is responsible for directing daily sales activities, overseeing supply chain logistics, and maintaining operational control. This role involves ensuring the seamless functioning of wholesale and retail distribution channels, cultivating strong vendor partnerships, driving revenue growth objectives, and refining customer service strategies to enhance overall profitability.
Drive the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance organizational performance, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives. Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently, fostering collaboration and accountability at all levels. Oversee the monitoring of key performance indicators, analyzing data to identify trends and recommend improvements. Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and operational teams, translating high-level strategies into actionable plans. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices while maintaining a focus on risk management. Inventory and supply chain management professionals oversee the efficient flow of goods from procurement to distribution, ensuring optimal stock levels while minimizing costs. They analyze demand patterns, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with suppliers to prevent shortages or excess inventory. These roles require expertise in logistics, procurement strategies, and data-driven decision-making to enhance operational performance and meet organizational objectives.
Maintain sufficient inventory of high-turnover smartphones, tablets, and sought-after accessories—including chargers, cases, screen guards—and solar products to avoid any shortages.
Responsible for managing procurement activities, ensuring efficient customs clearance for imported goods, and maintaining secure warehousing and logistics operations.
Perform periodic stock audits and develop initiatives aimed at reducing shrinkage, theft, and damage.
Sales & Retail Operations: Analyze and track sales performance across all physical wholesale and retail store platforms.
Track and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Team Leads and floor-level sales personnel to ensure alignment with established performance benchmarks and organizational goals.
Deliver outstanding customer service and after-sales assistance, fostering exceptional experiences that span from in-store product demonstrations to ongoing post-purchase support.
Oversee the complete warranty claim process, encompassing device returns and repair management, within a Team Leadership & Administration framework.
Train and develop retail staff members, equipping them with comprehensive product expertise and advanced sales skills to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
Oversee staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and the administration of performance-based incentive programs to ensure seamless operations across all locations.
Responsibilities include managing daily cash reconciliations, handling petty cash administration, and preparing revenue reports.
Monitor expenditures and evaluate financial allocations to uncover potential savings that enhance profitability.
Seeking a motivated individual to join our team, applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Finance, or Economics. A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a similar role is required, with a strong preference for those holding an MBA or advanced certification. Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling is essential, and candidates should demonstrate exceptional problem-solving and communication skills. Familiarity with industry-specific software, including ERP systems, is also required.
