Key Deliverables
Coordinate the efforts of Civil Engineering and Survey teams to guarantee the timely completion and successful delivery of civil engineering and survey projects as specified.
Qualified personnel will conduct oversight in alignment with established engineering standards, perform thorough physical inspections, review plans and designs, and verify that all work adheres to approved specifications using appropriate tools and methodologies.
Oversee and execute primary duties and functions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives while maintaining high standards of performance. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall operational excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive innovative solutions. Manage key projects from inception to completion, adhering to deadlines and budgetary constraints. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth. Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to assess progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensuring all civil and survey projects are carried out in strict compliance with applicable engineering codes and standards.
Deliver civil works progress reports during monthly departmental meetings, emphasizing quality, timeliness, and efficiency in all project deliveries.
Devise and implement cost-saving strategies to achieve a minimum 15% reduction in operational expenditures relative to the allocated project budget.
Engage in thorough assessments and contract negotiations with subcontractors across all civil engineering and surveying project categories, then compile and submit detailed reports to the Civil and Survey Manager for final review and approval.
Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to evaluate designs and drawings, verifying they meet functional and practical requirements.
You will oversee budget management and project resources, reporting directly to the Civil and Survey Manager.
Cultivate and sustain strong connections with stakeholders and external partners while consistently providing timely feedback.
Ensure, through designated personnel, that civil and survey equipment and tools are properly secured and maintained throughout all operational phases, including pre- and post-activity.
Professionally draft civil engineering and survey tender documentation, ensuring thorough preparation before submission to the Civil/Survey Manager for final approval.
Interface with contractors executing Oiler civil and survey projects to uphold stringent quality standards and ensure timely, compliant job completion.
Maintaining communication with on-site Supervisors to monitor the status and location of civil and survey equipment and instruments.
Ensure all civil and survey equipment statuses are reported during the departmental monthly projects review meeting.
Ensuring adherence to quality standards, health protocols, safety measures, and environmental regulations remains a critical priority. This involves implementing robust systems to monitor compliance, conducting regular audits, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across all operational areas. Additionally, the role requires staying current with evolving legal and industry-specific requirements to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency while safeguarding both personnel and the environment.

Seeking a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in project management, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency in industry-standard software tools. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, developing strategic plans, ensuring project deadlines are met, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability to changing priorities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results are essential. Additional requirements may include certifications such as PMP or Agile, as well as experience in budget oversight and risk assessment.
A bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Civil Engineering is required.
CORE-Registered professionals are required to deliver exceptional nursing care, adhering to the highest standards of clinical practice and ethical conduct. Applicants must possess a valid CORE license, demonstrating compliance with national regulatory requirements and ongoing professional development. The role involves assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, administering treatments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal health outcomes. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate medical records, adhering to infection control protocols, and providing patient and family education on health management and preventive care.
Additional certifications or memberships in professional engineering organizations will be considered beneficial.
A minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering projects is required.
With a minimum of five years of dedicated experience in civil engineering and surveying within the oil and gas sector, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in relevant methodologies and applications.
