Job Summary:
The Offshore Operations Coordinator will facilitate project execution aboard the vessel, collaborating closely with the Project Engineer to oversee project coordination, procedural development, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, the role involves providing vessel support and coordination within designated areas of responsibility, with onshore support as needed.

Offer engineering project assistance to the vessel during operational periods when the primary Project Engineer is not on duty.
You will be responsible for leading or participating in Project Briefings, HAMID sessions, IWO meetings, Equipment Briefings, Pre-shift Meetings, Safety Job Assessments (Seas), Demobilization Meetings, and any other relevant safety-related gatherings during the PE’s absence.
Ensure all COSHH assessments are completed and relevant MSDS sheets remain accessible during the PE’s absence from duty.
Support the Project Engineer in ensuring project documentation remains compliant with the Project Management System requirements.
Assess all project documentation, equipment inventories, procedural documents, and schematic drawings prepared before mobilization, incorporating procedural and peer reviews as instructed by the Rig Manager.
Please notify the Rig Manager immediately of any potential modifications, conflicts, or discrepancies in project procedures or schedules that may necessitate a Management of Change (MOC) process.
Prepare and distribute Site Instructions, Seas, and Mock during the PE’s off-shift periods, ensuring all copies are retained and properly logged.
Coordinate mobilization and demobilization activities in collaboration with the designated PE and Store personnel, executing tasks strictly in accordance with the established Project Management System.
Employees must thoroughly review the vessel’s Well Control Manual, which encompasses the latest Well Control and Barrier Policies, to ensure full compliance and understanding.
Assist in compiling and preserving accurate records of all Stores Requisitions, Requisitions, and Purchase Orders exchanged between OMT and Onshore entities.
Assist in managing the loading and unloading of goods onto the vessel while coordinating with the Store person, Supply Chain, and OMT teams.
Assist the Store person in disseminating the delivery manifest across the Vessel as transmitted from the onshore team.
Assist the Store personnel in performing an initial verification of the delivered goods by comparing them against the manifest, and coordinate with Vessel personnel to retrieve the items, ensuring that the required certification is forwarded to the designated individual when the Onshore Store personnel are unavailable.
Upon obtaining OMT approval, verify with the onshore team that the manifested goods were received accurately, then submit a completed manifest bearing the required stamp.
Verify that all provided project equipment possesses current certifications and accompanying documentation, fully aligned with the deck plan and the specifications outlined in the MTO/manifests.
Support the crew in organizing and packaging project materials for back load preparation.
Maintains and updates designated sections of the Chemical and Equipment Tracker, specifically those related to long-term vessel items—including Radios and Project Cage Stock—as instructed by the Rig Manager.
Compile vessel correspondence and verify its return to the office with an accompanying transmittal note.
Compile the Daily Project Report and submit it to the Rig Manager for review no later than 06:00 daily.
Maintain open and professional communication channels with clients, management, vessel crews, and external third parties to ensure seamless collaboration and information exchange.

Compile and deliver a meticulously detailed Handover Document to the oncoming team member, guaranteeing that the condition and progress of each specified section are current and fully conveyed.
