Perform systematic inspections of instruments to ensure adherence to established protocols.
Calibrate, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot all instruments to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
The plant’s gas analyzer must be calibrated regularly to ensure accurate readings and reliable operation. This process involves verifying and adjusting the instrument’s settings to meet specified performance criteria, ensuring it meets regulatory and quality standards. The calibration must be performed by qualified personnel using approved methods and equipment, with meticulous documentation of results for compliance and traceability. Additionally, the calibration schedule should align with the manufacturer’s recommendations and internal protocols to maintain optimal performance.
Diagnose, identify, and resolve issues; repair, calibrate, and install all electrical and instrumentation systems within the plant facility.
A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required for this position, along with a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools is mandatory, and candidates must demonstrate excellent communication and organizational abilities. Prior leadership or project management experience is preferred but not required.
