Accomplishes daily retrieval and transportation of customer items within Abu Dhabi’s MAC and Bari districts.
Transport healthcare supplies, documents, and packages securely and punctually to their designated destinations.
Properly manage laboratory samples and temperature-sensitive items, as required, to maintain their integrity and adherence to protocols.
Ensure delivery records are maintained with precision and all Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation is accurately documented.
Perform regular inspections and ensure appropriate upkeep of the designated motorcycle.
Ensure strict compliance with all established company safety protocols and applicable traffic laws at all times.
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout each delivery interaction with professionalism and care.
Notify the Logistics Officer immediately of any delivery issues, delays, or incidents to ensure timely resolution and maintain operational efficiency.
Requirements:
A high school diploma or an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) is the minimum educational requirement for this position.
A valid Rider’s Permit along with an active Driver’s License is required.
A minimum of one to two years of professional dispatch riding experience is required.
Possesses comprehensive familiarity with Abu Dhabi’s road infrastructure and adjacent regions.
Proficient in operating smartphones and utilizing GPS navigation systems with accuracy and efficiency.
Effective communication and strong interpersonal abilities are essential for this role.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, unwavering punctuality, and absolute trustworthiness in all professional dealings.
Capable of adhering to a weekly payment schedule when necessary.
