Daily collection and transportation of customer items within Abu Dhabi’s MAC and Bari zones are conducted.
Transport healthcare supplies, documents, and parcels efficiently and securely while ensuring timely delivery.
Maintain proper storage and handling procedures for laboratory samples as well as temperature-sensitive items to preserve their integrity and prevent contamination or degradation.
Maintain precise records of deliveries and ensure the completion of accurate Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation.
Perform regular inspections and execute necessary maintenance tasks on the assigned motorcycle to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Ensure strict compliance with all established company safety protocols and applicable traffic laws at all times.
Deliver outstanding customer service during each service call, ensuring clients receive courteous and efficient assistance.
Promptly report any delivery issues, delays, or incidents to the Logistics Officer.
Requirements:
A minimum of a Senior Secondary School Certificate of Education (SSC) or Ordinary National Diploma (OND) is required.
A valid rider’s permit and driver’s license are required.
A minimum of one to two years of professional dispatch riding experience is required.
Proficient in navigating the road network of Abuja and its surrounding regions.
Proficient in operating smartphones and navigating using GPS technology.
Effective communication and strong interpersonal abilities are essential for fostering collaborative relationships and ensuring seamless interactions with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
Must demonstrate reliability, timeliness, and integrity in all professional responsibilities.
Proficient in meeting weekly payment schedules when mandated.
