Summary
Reverse Aesthetics seeks a highly proficient and licensed Aesthetics Nurse to enhance our team in Lagos.
The successful applicant must possess hands-on experience in supporting or performing aesthetic and wellness procedures alongside a commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.
Oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of project activities to ensure timely and efficient completion. Manages team performance, allocates resources effectively, and monitors progress to meet established objectives. Identifies and resolves potential obstacles to minimize disruptions, while fostering clear communication among stakeholders. Develops and implements strategies to enhance productivity and align efforts with organizational goals.
Provide support to physicians as they perform aesthetic procedures and treatments.
Perform approved aesthetic treatments and wellness procedures with precision and professionalism.
Prepare and organize treatment rooms while ensuring adherence to stringent cleanliness and hygiene protocols.
Educate clients regarding the treatment processes and necessary aftercare measures to ensure comprehensive understanding and adherence to recommended health protocols.
Ensure patients remain comfortable and observe their progress throughout each treatment session.
Ensure meticulous management and upkeep of patient records and documentation to guarantee precision and compliance with established standards.
Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a superior client experience at all times.
Requirements
Qualifications include holding an active Registered Nurse license, either as an RN or with a Bachelor of Nursing Science (B.NSC) degree.
Hold a current, active professional license in good standing.
A minimum of one year of professional experience in an aesthetics, dermatology, wellness, or cosmetic clinic environment is required.
A background in aesthetic procedures and skincare treatments would be beneficial.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with adept interpersonal skills, are essential.
Professional attire and a constructive demeanor are essential attributes for this role, reflecting a commitment to excellence and a welcoming approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
