Reverse Aesthetic Clinics is looking for a detail-oriented, efficient, and professional Office Assistant/Housekeeper to assist with our clinic’s day-to-day functions. The successful applicant will ensure a tidy, inviting atmosphere for both clients and employees, in addition to handling essential administrative tasks and front-desk duties as needed.

A strong candidate for this position will embody a polished demeanor, exhibit professional courtesy, demonstrate initiative, and thrive in a client-centric setting.

Oversee a range of critical assignments to ensure operational excellence and adherence to organizational goals. Develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and foster innovation across departments. Collaborate with leadership to align projects with broader business objectives while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and propose data-driven solutions to optimize outcomes. Lead cross-functional teams, delegate tasks effectively, and provide mentorship to cultivate a high-performing workforce. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies to mitigate risks and uphold organizational integrity.

Ensure reception areas, treatment rooms, offices, and common areas are consistently clean and well-organized at all times.

Maintain clinic facilities in a consistently clean, hygienic, and well-presented condition at all times.

Provide support in the management and tracking of office and cleaning supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained at all times.

Ensure beverages and snacks are available for guests as needed.

Perform a range of administrative duties, including managing document filing systems, maintaining organized records, and completing routine office tasks to support daily operations efficiently.

We greet clients warmly upon their arrival and ensure they are directed to the appropriate destination or personnel with professionalism and efficiency.

Facilitate appointment confirmations and respond to routine client inquiries.

Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless and positive client experience.

Promptly report any maintenance issues, supply shortages, or operational concerns to ensure timely resolution and continuity of operations.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by management that are deemed appropriate and necessary.

Requirements

Female candidates are strongly preferred to fulfill the operational and facility management responsibilities of this position.

A minimum of Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSC), Ordinary National Diploma (OND), or an equivalent educational qualification is required.

Previous experience in administrative support, sanitation, reception duties, client relations, or comparable positions is beneficial.

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are essential for this role.

Maintaining a polished and professional demeanor is essential, reflecting both a tidy appearance and a courteous approach in all interactions.

Consistently demonstrates strong self-direction and meticulous attention to detail while executing tasks.

Demonstrates unwavering integrity, dependability, and strict adherence to schedules.

A fundamental understanding of smartphone operation and proficiency in using WhatsApp are essential prerequisites for this role.
