PURPOSE OF JOB
To ensure quality standards and facilitate efficient production, diligently prepare and mix ingredients while maintaining equipment, thereby creating value for GO shareholders.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
To process and execute the daily plan distributed by the supervisor, ensuring all mixing activities adhere to established production schedules and meet the specified quality standards.
Monitor blending machines consistently to evaluate their operational efficiency, ensuring optimal performance, reducing downtime, and sustaining uniform product quality throughout the production cycle.
Maintains impeccable cleanliness of pumps and blending tanks to uphold stringent hygiene, quality, and safety standards throughout the blending process, thereby safeguarding the integrity and safety of the final product.
Gather essential raw materials and ingredients from the warehouse to ensure prompt access to required components, thereby facilitating seamless blending processes, optimizing production efficiency, and sustaining uninterrupted operations.
Collect samples of ethanol amine (ENA) from external suppliers to conduct laboratory testing, and supervise the alcohol discharge into the ENA storage tank upon verification. This process guarantees that the ENA meets the factory’s stringent quality and safety criteria, safeguarding the integrity of the final product.
Accurate documentation of daily blending activities must be maintained to ensure compliance with production standards and support quality assurance initiatives.
