Oversee and execute critical duties to ensure operational excellence, including analyzing performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement. Conduct thorough pre-installation site assessments to gather precise final measurements, evaluate site preparedness—including wall alignment, floor evenness, and power outlet locations—and systematically compare these findings with factory-generated cutting specifications to minimize potential installation discrepancies.

Supervise and coordinate the on-site workforce, including installers, carpenters, technicians, and casual laborers. Efficiently assign tasks to maximize productivity while upholding superior craftsmanship standards.

We are responsible for managing logistics and materials by supervising the secure offloading and proper handling of finished furniture components at the designated project site. Each delivery must be meticulously verified against the delivery manifest to confirm the presence of all parts, hardware, and components, ensuring nothing is omitted.

Progressive quality assurance is conducted to verify flawless installation outcomes, including precise finish alignment, seamless joints, secure hardware attachments, and the absence of surface imperfections. Any manufacturing flaws or on-site damages are promptly documented and reported. Collaborate with the IKEA production team to facilitate efficient replacement resolutions.

Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, guaranteeing on-time delivery of all milestones. Compile and submit detailed daily and weekly site progress reports, incorporating comprehensive photo documentation, for review by the Project Manager and Head of Production.

As the primary on-site company representative, you will oversee client and main-contractor relations, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Your responsibilities include promptly addressing client feedback and resolving complaints with professionalism, while also coordinating closely with main civil contractors, MEP engineers, and site architects to mitigate potential structural conflicts.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration, with a minimum of five years of progressive professional experience in financial management or analysis. Proficiency in advanced Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems is essential, along with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders. The role demands the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks efficiently, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

A relevant technical qualification is required for this role, such as an HND or B.Sc. in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a comparable discipline.

A minimum of three to five years of practical expertise is required in site supervision, carpentry installation, fit-out project management, or finishing works, specifically within the furniture manufacturing or interior design industries.

Proficient in analyzing and comprehending intricate architectural drawings, structural layouts, assembly diagrams, and 3D floor plans. Demonstrates strong proficiency in utilizing essential digital tracking tools, including WhatsApp reporting, Excel spreadsheets, and photo-logging applications.

Proficient in precise measurement techniques and thoroughly knowledgeable about structural site variables, including plumb lines, levels, and moisture effects.

Possesses a strong understanding of on-site safety regulations and ensures rigorous adherence to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) standards for all site personnel.
