Job Summary

We are in search of a proactive and outcomes-focused Marketing professional who will proactively identify and connect with potential customers within their designated region.

You are responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to enhance revenue growth, increase customer acquisition rates, and improve overall profitability.

Oversee a comprehensive range of critical functions essential to organizational success, including strategic planning, operational execution, and performance monitoring. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives while fostering collaboration and innovation. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency, compliance, and risk management. Manage budgetary allocations, resource distribution, and financial reporting maintaining fiscal responsibility. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing solutions to optimize productivity and profitability. Serve as a primary liaison between senior leadership and department heads to facilitate transparent communication and decision-making. Mentor and develop team members through targeted coaching, training programs, and career progression opportunities. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, legal requirements, and ethical standards to uphold corporate integrity. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to streamline processes, eliminate redundancies, and deliver measurable results.

We specialize in acquiring, managing, and retaining B2B customers across diverse industries, including hotels, bakeries, confectioneries, restaurants, schools, hospitals, event centers, supermarkets, and corporate organizations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records by entering and updating details in the company’s Registration Form.

Each week, compile sales reports and submit them to the designated online platform.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to align and enhance sales initiatives.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Demonstrates proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Possesses at least 3 years of relevant experience in software development or engineering roles. Exhibits strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps, is preferred.

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.

Demonstrates a successful track record in marketing roles.

Proven expertise in diverse sales methodologies and pipeline administration is required.

Proficiency in mobile tools or CRM systems is beneficial.

A bachelor’s or HND degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline is required.

Provides essential competencies required for the position, encompassing key skills, qualifications, and professional attributes necessary for success in the role.

Possesses strong abilities to communicate effectively with individuals and teams, fostering clear and productive interactions.

Demonstrates proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, leveraging data-driven strategies to enhance client interactions, streamline communication workflows, and optimize retention efforts while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and organizational standards.

Proven proficiency in digital marketing strategies, encompassing search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, social media management, and content marketing, is essential. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and marketing automation platforms is required to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills are necessary to interpret metrics and adjust tactics for improved outcomes. Experience in creating and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels is highly desirable.
