Responsibilities include managing daily operations, overseeing project execution, and ensuring adherence to company standards and timelines. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives, analyzing performance metrics to drive efficiency improvements, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Oversee the day-to-day functions of the front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, recreation, spa, security, and maintenance departments to ensure seamless operational flow.

Establish and uphold standardized operating procedures (SOPs) across every department within the organization, ensuring consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency in all processes.

Respond to escalated guest complaints in a timely and professional manner, prioritizing their resolution to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and service excellence.

Track guest satisfaction metrics and spearhead ongoing enhancements to ensure superior service quality.

Oversee resort financial operations, including budget administration, revenue goal achievement, and expense management to ensure fiscal efficiency and profitability.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators including occupancy rates, Average Daily Rate (ADR), and Revenue Per Available Room (Rev PAR) to assess operational efficiency and financial performance.

The department is seeking to identify, onboard, and nurture high-potential candidates for leadership roles, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their positions. Additionally, the organization will provide ongoing mentorship and professional development opportunities to enhance the capabilities of existing team members.

Responsible for overseeing staff performance evaluations and ensuring employee well-being.

Maintain adherence to all health, safety, and regulatory standards and protocols to ensure full compliance.

Responsibilities include managing facility maintenance and renovation projects, as well as cultivating and maintaining vendor relationships.

Prepare financial and operational performance reports for presentation to ownership and the board.
