Upon receipt of goods, verify quantities, inspect for accuracy, and document details as directed by the Logistics Manager before securely storing them in the designated inventory area.
Consistently review and verify inventory levels through physical counts to ensure accuracy and alignment with system records.
Upon receipt of an order, verify the quantity of packages, inspect both the packaging and contents, and promptly report any discrepancies—such as missing or damaged items—to the Logistics Manager.
Upon receiving the items, promptly update the stock cards by entering the reference number of the corresponding receipt document. Ensure that the goods are properly stored in accordance with the directives provided by the Logistics Manager.
Ensure that commonly requested products within the store are consistently stocked and readily accessible to customers.

Holders of this position must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain it readily available for any potential inspections.
To guarantee that all required documentation remains valid and is renewed prior to expiration, including annual road safety inspections and registration of primary drivers with the Rental Company.
Oversee the upkeep and operational condition of the vehicle, ensuring it remains in optimal working order through regular inspections, servicing, and prompt repairs.
Routinely monitoring the vehicle’s engine, oil level, brake fluid, tire air pressure, windshield fluid, and other critical components is essential to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Upon encountering technical issues or requiring maintenance, promptly inform the immediate supervisor to facilitate timely resolution.
After receiving approval from the direct supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for arranging or, when feasible, performing any required maintenance tasks.
The vehicle must be meticulously maintained in pristine condition, both internally and externally.
The vehicle must be equipped with all required tools and materials, which should be inspected to confirm they are in proper working condition. This includes items such as tools, a spare wheel, an airlift, belts, and ropes, among others.
Each refueling task involves filling the tank whenever its fuel level drops to 50% of total capacity.
Other responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and preparing detailed reports for management review.
