Develop and oversee delivery schedules to guarantee the prompt dispatch of goods.
Maintain meticulous documentation for all deliveries by accurately completing waybills, invoices, and delivery notes.
Ensure the efficient organization and execution of loading and unloading operations.
Evaluate transportation expenditures and propose strategies to reduce costs efficiently.
Monitor shipments diligently and address any logistics discrepancies or challenges without delay.
Oversee the Company’s ongoing administrative operations on a daily basis.
Responsibilities include overseeing the management and regular updates of staff records, corporate files, contractual agreements, and official documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Oversee the procurement and distribution of essential office supplies and equipment to maintain optimal inventory levels. Implement and enforce policies for their efficient control and utilization to support uninterrupted workflows.
