Job Summary:
Dreamboat British Academy is currently in search of a proficient and motivated Mathematics Teacher to provide dynamic, concept-driven lessons aligned with the British Curriculum. The preferred applicant will assist students in cultivating robust numeracy abilities, as well as enhancing their problem-solving and analytical reasoning competencies throughout all key stages.
Oversee and execute primary duties encompassing strategic planning and operational oversight, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to drive efficiency and accountability. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and mitigate risks. Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to inform data-driven decision-making and long-term growth strategies. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and employee engagement through effective communication and mentorship.
Deliver comprehensive mathematics instruction aligned with the British National Curriculum, ensuring students achieve proficiency in key concepts and competencies.
Design and execute meticulously organized, tailored lessons to accommodate diverse learning needs.
Facilitate student readiness for both internal evaluations and external examinations.
Monitor student advancement systematically, evaluating performance at regular intervals, and delivering prompt, constructive feedback to support their development.
