We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive the marketing and sales of the bank’s diverse loan offerings to both individual consumers and corporate entities. The role involves actively engaging with clients to understand their financial needs and presenting tailored loan solutions that align with their requirements. Additionally, the position requires building and maintaining strong relationships with potential borrowers while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Perform thorough evaluations of creditworthiness while meticulously documenting all aspects of loan applications.

Monitor loan disbursement and repayment activities to ensure timely processing and adherence to schedules. Verify the accuracy of transactions and resolve any discrepancies promptly. Maintain detailed records of disbursements and repayments for auditing and reporting purposes.

Accurately document all client interactions and transactions to ensure comprehensive and up-to-date records are maintained.

Ensure strict adherence to the bank’s established credit policies and operational procedures at all times.

Seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated professional with a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role and a completed four-year degree in a relevant field. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in project management software and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are essential, along with the capacity to manage multiple deadlines efficiently. Familiarity with data analysis tools and experience in a collaborative team environment are highly preferred. A relevant OND, HND, or B.Sc. qualification is required, with degrees preferably obtained in a field appropriate to the role.
