We are in search of a highly motivated Micro Loan Officer to strengthen our progressive team. Your primary responsibilities will involve originating, evaluating, and finalizing high-quality loans for eligible small enterprises, with a strong emphasis on achieving impactful results.
Oversee a range of critical duties including managing daily operations, coordinating team activities, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, and fostering collaboration among departments. Evaluate performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, implement solutions to enhance productivity, and maintain high standards of quality across all projects. Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive growth, optimize workflows, and align resources with business objectives. Lead cross-functional teams by delegating tasks, providing mentorship, and resolving conflicts to cultivate a productive and cohesive work environment. Monitor progress through regular assessments, adjust strategies as needed, and report key findings to senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
We forge and nurture high-value connections with both new and current small business borrowers, continuously expanding our client network while ensuring ongoing satisfaction and engagement.
Conduct a detailed review of financial data and evaluate creditworthiness to uphold the integrity of loan portfolios.
Loan Process Management: Facilitate a smooth and efficient journey for borrowers throughout the complete loan application lifecycle, verifying the precision of all required documentation and securing prompt closing of each transaction.
Ensure ongoing client relationships to uphold strong repayment performance and foster lasting retention.
We are seeking a highly motivated professional with a proven track record in [specific field/industry], equipped with [X years] of relevant experience. Demonstrates proficiency in micro-lending fundamentals, credit evaluation methodologies, and risk assessment strategies specifically tailored for small business financing.
Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.
A relevant undergraduate degree, such as Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline, is highly desirable.
