The Company Driver’s primary duties involve the secure and timely operation of company vehicles, which include both ambulances (Hi ace buses) and standard saloon cars.

We are seeking a professional, dependable, and safety-focused candidate capable of operating manual transmission vehicles while maintaining company vehicles in pristine, fully operational condition for daily business use.

Responsibilities

Operate and maneuver company ambulances, specifically Hi ace buses, as well as saloon cars, based on assigned schedules and duties.

Capably and securely maneuver manual transmission vehicles with proficiency.

Provide prompt and reliable transportation services for staff, clients, or materials to meet specified schedules and operational needs.

Ensure vehicles remain in optimal operational condition by performing routine maintenance tasks such as cleanliness upkeep, monitoring fuel levels, and conducting basic non-technical inspections.

Notify all pertinent operational issues, faults, or damages without delay to ensure prompt resolution.

Employ navigation tools, including Google Maps, to determine and maintain the most efficient routes for travel and logistics operations.

Strict compliance with all road safety regulations and adherence to the company’s established driving policies are mandatory at all times.

Maintain a professional appearance at all times, as company-issued T-shirts will be provided for wear.

Demonstrate a consistently courteous and professional demeanor throughout all work-related interactions and duties.

We seek applicants with a minimum of five years of experience in a related field, along with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, as is proficiency in industry-standard software and tools. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
