Reverse Aesthetics is seeking a highly competent and licensed Aesthetic Nurse to become part of our professional team in Lagos, where expertise and precision in patient care are paramount.
The successful applicant must possess hands-on experience in providing support for or performing aesthetic and wellness treatments while maintaining outstanding patient care standards.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing both strategic and operational tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Develop, implement, and monitor processes to optimize productivity, efficiency, and compliance with established standards and regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, drive innovation, and foster a culture of continuous enhancement. Prepare detailed reports, analyze performance metrics, and present actionable insights to senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making. Manage projects from initiation to completion, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks while mitigating risks and addressing challenges proactively.
Provide support to medical professionals throughout the execution of cosmetic procedures and therapeutic interventions.
Perform authorized aesthetic treatments and wellness procedures in accordance with established protocols and client requirements.
Ensure treatment rooms are meticulously prepared and maintained in compliance with stringent cleanliness and hygiene protocols.
Provide clients with comprehensive guidance regarding treatment methodologies and post-treatment care protocols.
Ensure patient comfort and monitor their progress throughout the duration of treatments.
Accurately document and maintain comprehensive patient records to ensure thorough and up-to-date clinical documentation.
Deliver outstanding customer service and create exceptional client experiences.
Requirements
Obtained a Registered Nurse credential, either RN or B.NSC, as an essential qualification for the role.
Hold a current, active professional license in good standing.
A minimum of one year of professional experience in aesthetics, dermatology, wellness, or a cosmetic clinic environment is required.
Familiarity with aesthetic procedures and skincare treatments would be considered beneficial.
Exceptional proficiency in communication and the ability to effectively interact with others are essential.
A polished and professional demeanor is essential, coupled with an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude that fosters a positive work environment.
Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities within a dynamic workplace.
Remuneration for this position is commensurate with experience and qualifications, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. We offer a monthly salary ranging from N150,000 to N180,000.
