Summary
Reverse Aesthetics is seeking a highly proficient and licensed Aesthetics Nurse to become an integral part of our esteemed team based in Lagos.
The preferred applicant will possess experience in providing support for or performing aesthetic and wellness treatments while ensuring the delivery of outstanding patient care.
Oversee and execute a diverse range of duties, ensuring all tasks are completed with precision and efficiency. Manage project timelines, coordinate team efforts, and maintain clear communication channels to facilitate seamless operations. Monitor progress, address any challenges promptly, and deliver high-quality results that meet organizational objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts, optimize resources, and achieve shared goals. Maintain meticulous documentation, adhere to established protocols, and uphold compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Provide support to physicians throughout the course of aesthetic procedures and treatments.
Perform authorized aesthetic treatments and wellness procedures in accordance with established protocols and client specifications.
Prepare and organize treatment rooms while ensuring adherence to stringent cleanliness and hygiene protocols.
Educate clients regarding treatment procedures and post-treatment care to ensure they understand each step of their recovery journey and the necessary steps to maintain progress.
Ensure patient comfort and monitor their progress throughout treatment sessions.
Ensure meticulous management and upkeep of patient records and documentation to maintain precision and compliance with established standards.
Deliver exceptional customer service and create outstanding client experiences.
Requirements
Hold an active Registered Nurse license, either RN or Bachelor of Nursing Science (B.NSC), to qualify for this position.
Holding a current, active professional license is essential for this position.
A minimum of one year of professional experience in aesthetics, dermatology, wellness, or a cosmetic clinic environment is required.
Proficiency in aesthetic procedures and skincare treatments will be considered an asset.
Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, alongside a talent for building and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
Maintaining a polished and professional image while demonstrating a proactive and enthusiastic demeanor is essential.
Demonstrates adaptability and efficiency while operating within a high-speed, dynamic workplace setting.
Remuneration
We offer a monthly salary ranging between N150,000 and N180,000.
