Perform regular maintenance inspections as scheduled to ensure optimal functionality and reliability of systems and equipment.
Monitor both indoor and outdoor building spaces to ensure cleanliness and overall maintenance.
Develop and execute project budgets and timelines in alignment with organizational objectives, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to financial constraints. Establish clear milestones and deliverables while monitoring progress to maintain schedule integrity and budgetary compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Adhere strictly to established health and safety policies and protocols at all times.
Perform maintenance tasks and execute installations as required to ensure operational efficiency and reliability.
The essential requirements for this position include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, along with a minimum of three years of relevant experience. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data management, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting are also necessary. Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is preferred, as is a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
