Install, commission, and maintain refrigeration and air conditioning systems, encompassing split units, VRF/VRV configurations, chillers, and industrial cooling units.
Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on HVAC/R systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Diagnose and resolve issues pertaining to electrical systems, mechanical components, and refrigerant-related malfunctions.
Execute repairs and install replacement parts, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, control boards, and other components.
Safely manage refrigerants by performing essential tasks such as recovery, recycling, and recharging to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
Maintain precise documentation of service activities and provide clients with guidance on enhancing energy efficiency.
Handle emergency breakdown calls promptly and professionally to ensure swift resolution and minimal disruption for affected individuals.
Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field is required, alongside current license in the state of practice. Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a relevant healthcare setting is essential. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and strong communication skills are necessary. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is mandatory. Compliance with all regulatory standards and adherence to safety protocols are expected.
Holding a valid OND, Trade Test Certificate, or an equivalent qualification in Radio & Appliance (R&A), Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline is essential for this role.
