Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft detailed legal opinions, ensuring accuracy and thorough analysis.
Formulate case strategies and oversee the comprehensive organization of courtroom preparation procedures.
Participate in negotiations, settlement talks, and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) methods as required.
