The Opportunity:

We seek a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to accelerate the expansion of our recruitment partner ecosystem. In this role, you will assume full ownership of a varied portfolio of recruitment partners, acting as both their strategic advocate and trusted advisor. From initial onboarding through to growth initiatives, you will oversee relationship management, guarantee successful enrollment outcomes, and enhance partner engagement and revenue contribution through customized support, targeted training initiatives, and performance evaluations grounded in data insights. The position offers close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams in a fast-paced, self-directed setting, with clear opportunities to deliver measurable business growth by transforming partnerships into scalable revenue streams.

What You’ll Be Doing Every Day:

Serve as a key representative for Apply Board, embodying our mission and communicating our services to educational agents, international institutions, and prospective students.

Develop a comprehensive grasp of Apply Board’s core values and comprehensive suite of services, facilitating impactful engagement with a broad spectrum of students and educational collaborators.

Craft and implement comprehensive strategies aimed at boosting international student enrollment by actively recruiting prospective students from diverse global regions to expand Apply Board’s network.

Develop and nurture robust partnerships with agents by negotiating favorable terms, delivering thorough training programs, and ensuring ongoing engagement through regular communication.

Skilled professionals will mentor and instruct agents, enhancing both the quality and quantity of student applications while ensuring strict compliance with Apply Board’s established standards.

Leverage CRM systems and social media platforms to distribute essential communications, share relevant information, and foster meaningful interactions with prospective and enrolled students.

Develop and execute recruitment and marketing strategies driven by data and informed by market research to enhance Apply Board’s global outreach efforts.

Enhance Apply Board’s global reach to provide students worldwide with greater opportunities for accessing high-quality education.

What You Bring to the Table:

With a minimum of two to three years of experience in managing recruitment or enterprise accounts, preferably within the international education sector.

A relevant bachelor’s degree, such as in Business, Marketing, or Education, is highly desirable.

Proficient in English with fluency; additional language proficiency is considered advantageous.

Proficient in fostering collaboration and enthusiasm among a wide range of stakeholders—including students and educational agents—through compelling, articulate, and impactful communication.

A highly motivated professional who excels in both collaborative team settings and independent work environments, demonstrating adaptability and strong self-direction.

Accomplishes tasks through meticulous organization, adept prioritization, and unwavering attention to detail in information and communications.

Skilled professional adept at addressing intricate challenges to generate favorable results for students and collaborators.

Skilled in using CRM systems, with a preference for candidates who have familiarity with social media and other digital engagement platforms.
