Job Summary

Are you a driven sales professional with a proven track record in fast-moving consumer goods, logistics, supply chain management, or cold-chain solutions?

Omni Fresh seeks to broaden its decentralized cold-storage infrastructure throughout Lagos and is currently seeking a Business Development Manager to bolster occupancy rates within our refrigerated and frozen storage facilities.

What you’ll do

We seek a professional to identify and establish relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and importers, facilitating their seamless onboarding. This role involves evaluating potential partners, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with company standards throughout the integration process.

Obtain extended contracts for pallet storage arrangements to ensure availability over an extended period.

Develop and oversee a robust sales pipeline to drive revenue growth and ensure consistent business expansion.

Analyze market trends and leverage data to identify strategic avenues for increasing revenue, driving growth, and enhancing profitability through actionable insights and informed decision-making.

Facilitate the widespread adoption of Omni Fresh’s cold-storage solutions to enhance market penetration and customer engagement.

What we’re looking for:

Experienced in business development or B2B sales, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth and cultivating client relationships.

Exceptional proficiency in commercial strategies and negotiation tactics is essential.

Professional candidates will possess a strong background in FMCG, logistics, supply chain management, or other closely related fields.

Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and skilled in leveraging data analytics to drive informed decision-making processes.

A results-oriented professional with a proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets through successful deal closures.
