Job Description
The officer is responsible for covering sales territories that include Nigeria’s security agencies, judiciary and court systems, federal and state universities, as well as specialized government institutions such as teaching hospitals, regulatory academies, and government-owned enterprises.
This territory presents substantial deal intricacies alongside extended procurement timelines, necessitating a commercially strategic executive rather than merely a relationship-focused manager.

Assume responsibility for project execution, monitoring progress, and delivering results within established deadlines. Conduct regular evaluations of team performance, provide constructive feedback, and foster professional growth through targeted coaching and development initiatives. Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to streamline workflows, resolve operational challenges, and align initiatives with organizational objectives. Maintain meticulous records, prepare detailed reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
We are tasked with driving sales initiatives specifically focused on the Security Agencies, Judiciary, and Institutional sectors.
The position requires engagement with key institutions including the Nigeria Police Force, the Department of State Services (DSS), the National Intelligence Agency (NIA), and the welfare and human resources departments of the Army, Navy, and Air Force. Additionally, responsibilities extend to the Federal and State High Courts, Appeal Courts, and the Supreme Court, as well as federal and state universities and polytechnics. The role also encompasses federal teaching hospitals and specialist medical institutions.

Candidates must possess a minimum of eight years of sales or commercial experience within Nigerian security agencies, the judiciary, universities, or specialist government institutions. Additionally, applicants should demonstrate a proven track record of securing contracts valued at 50 million naira or more, directly with institutional leaders.

Proven expertise in developing and negotiating commercial contracts, with the capability to present and justify pricing structures confidently before the Board.
Proficiency with government technology procurement in security or judicial domains, particularly involving classified or restricted procurement procedures, is required.
Proficiency in pricing governance or revenue operations within an organization that manages multiple revenue streams is required.
Interested applicants should submit their materials through the designated application method. Candidates are required to follow the specified procedure for submitting their applications. Ensure all necessary documents and information are included as part of the submission process. Follow the outlined steps to complete the application accurately and efficiently.
