Job Summary

We are in search of a proactive and outcomes-focused Senior Business Development/BID Executive to strengthen our team.

Develops and implements strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals. Oversees daily operations to maintain efficiency and productivity across teams. Manages budget planning, allocation of resources, and financial performance tracking. Collaborates with cross-functional departments to drive project execution and resolve operational challenges. Leads performance evaluations, mentors team members, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement. Ensures compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. Analyzes market trends and competitive data to inform decision-making and strategic initiatives.

Acquiring comprehensive knowledge of the company’s full range of products and services is essential.

Deliver strategic intelligence to engineering and R&D teams to maintain the competitiveness of our product portfolio.

Achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to foster revenue expansion.

Craft and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitches specifically tailored to prospective clients.

Proficiently finalize agreements and secure contracts while ensuring full compliance with organizational policies and strategic profitability objectives.

Facilitating Financial Stability: Play a key role in driving revenue, thereby safeguarding the company’s long-term financial viability and fostering sustainable growth.

Building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with current clients to foster long-term retention and satisfaction.

Participating in industry events, conferences, and professional gatherings to identify and engage with potential clients, fostering meaningful connections and exploring business opportunities.

Crafting and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing initiatives to drive business expansion and enhance market presence.

Demonstrates a keen understanding of market dynamics and possesses the skill to articulate technical solutions in terms of tangible business benefits.

Bid and Tender Management: Compilation of bid documentation and representation of the company at tender or bid meetings.

Craft and implement comprehensive strategic sales initiatives designed to meet and exceed revenue objectives.

Identify and pursue new business prospects while simultaneously nurturing and strengthening relationships with current clients.

Work collaboratively with technical teams to develop comprehensive proposals and oversee seamless project execution from start to finish.

Demonstrate corporate presence at industry events and trade shows whenever necessary.

Direct, develop, and inspire the sales team to achieve peak performance levels.

Partner with Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Service teams to foster strong, unified working relationships across departments.
