Additionally, placements may extend to educational institutions, corporate wellness programs, or government health departments, depending on the specific goals of the assignment. Candidates must possess a valid teaching certification, relevant subject expertise, and at least three years of hands-on classroom experience, along with strong communication and classroom management skills. Responsibilities include designing curriculum-aligned content, evaluating student performance, collaborating with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects, and maintaining a supportive learning environment that encourages participation and critical thinking. Proficiency in educational technology and a commitment to professional development are also essential.
The Academic Support team provides comprehensive assistance to students, faculty, and staff to enhance learning outcomes and academic success. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse individuals and address their academic needs. Responsibilities include offering one-on-one tutoring, facilitating group study sessions, and developing tailored resources to support coursework. Additionally, the position involves training peer tutors, assessing student progress, and contributing to institutional initiatives aimed at improving retention and academic performance. Familiarity with learning management systems and educational technology is essential, along with a commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive academic environment.
Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to ensure efficient office operations, handle correspondence, manage schedules, and maintain organized records. Perform data entry, prepare reports, and coordinate meetings while liaising between departments and external stakeholders. Demonstrate strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and exceptional attention to detail. Require excellent communication abilities and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior administrative experience is preferred, along with a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
