Job Summary

Draft, review, and finalize legal documents with precision, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and organizational standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to address complex business inquiries and mitigate potential risks. Provide strategic legal guidance to senior management, aligning initiatives with regulatory requirements and corporate objectives. Oversee contract negotiations, from initial drafting to final execution, while managing deadlines and stakeholder expectations. Conduct thorough due diligence reviews to identify legal exposures and recommend mitigating actions. Serve as the primary legal advisor for high-impact transactions, ensuring seamless integration of legal considerations into business strategies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving regulations and industry best practices to proactively advise on legal implications.
Ensure adherence to all company safety protocols and driving standards while operating company vehicles, prioritizing the protection of personnel and property at all times.
Provide support in the transportation of goods as required.
Maintain vehicles in a clean and well-kept condition at all times.
Perform routine inspections and upkeep of the company fleet to ensure optimal performance and safety.
