To perform process and maintenance duties with precision and professionalism, ensuring strict adherence to Company HSEQ protocols and established industrial standards.
Responsible for initiating, ceasing, operating, and managing emergency protocols for all production machinery.
Possesses a comprehensive grasp of operational safety parameters and regulatory boundaries.
Preparation and isolation of plant systems are conducted to facilitate intrusive maintenance activities safely and effectively. This involves ensuring that all relevant plant components are properly shut down, secured, and isolated as required to prevent unintended operation or hazards during maintenance procedures. The process includes verifying isolation points, implementing lockout/ragout protocols, and confirming that the plant is in a safe condition for maintenance personnel to proceed without risk.
WHT operations encompass well line-up procedures, pigging activities, and the management of chemical injection packages.
Monitor production activities and ensure operations run smoothly, documenting essential readings in the PCR as required.
Gather samples, perform BS&W measurements, and document the findings meticulously.
To maintain a reliable supply of utilities and ensure that cooling water and steam condensate remain free of oil contamination.
Responsibilities include executing first-line maintenance tasks in accordance with the schedules issued by the STOP and PSP teams.
Conducting vessel isolation, draining, and entry, along with performing internal and external cleaning, requires meticulous attention to safety protocols. This includes executing work at pipe racks and other production equipment at height, strictly adhering to the requirements outlined in STOP and PSP.
Logging information and parameters, analyzing and interpreting the data collected.
Guarantee uninterrupted oil production while minimizing operational downtime.
Provide support to the Instructional (INST) team in completing all maintenance-related tasks and responsibilities as required.
Please promptly notify STOP and PSP of any detected leaks or equipment malfunctions.
Proficient in utilizing the Permit to Work (PTW) system is essential.
Proficiency in ESD System protocols is essential, with a strong understanding of appropriate response measures for diverse emergency scenarios, such as PSD, ESD, fire, and gas alarms, among others.
Possess a comprehensive understanding of production plant operations, with particular emphasis on safety protocols and features.
We are seeking a motivated individual to complete our Certificates Training program. Applicants must hold a high school diploma or equivalent qualification. Prior to work experience in a related field is preferred but not required. The training will cover essential skills and knowledge pertinent to the role. Participants will be evaluated based on performance and attendance. Upon successful completion, individuals will receive a certificate of achievement.
Certificates and training requirements are outlined in the Company Training Matrix, the Unit-Specific Training Matrix, and the CBT Matrix.
Professional Qualifications & Experience:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or economics. A minimum of five years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate strategy, or a related discipline is required. Prior leadership roles, including management or supervisory positions, are advantageous. Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and industry-standard software (e.g., Excel, SQL, or ERP systems) is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are critical for success in this role. Relevant certifications, such as CFA, CPA, or PMP, may be preferred.
Proficiency in chemical and/or process plant operations is required, along with a foundational understanding of pertinent principles and procedures.
Mechanical aptitude forms the foundation of this role, requiring a comprehensive understanding of mechanical systems, principles, and their practical applications. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing machinery, along with the ability to interpret technical diagrams and schematics. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely. Familiarity with industry-standard tools, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance is also necessary to perform duties effectively.
