Serve as a pivotal liaison between senior leadership, stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate seamless communication, alignment, and the achievement of shared goals. Ensure strict adherence to compliance, risk management, and ethical standards while fostering a safe, inclusive, and dynamic work environment.
Ensure the integrity of financial records by meticulously maintaining accurate general ledgers and supporting documentation.
Assist with the compilation and review of monthly and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards.
Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
Responsibilities include reconciling bank statements and addressing any financial discrepancies that arise, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Facilitate internal and external audit procedures and ensure adherence to compliance protocols.
Guarantee meticulous documentation and systematic filing of every financial transaction to maintain accuracy and compliance with established protocols.
Requirements
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, such as OND, HND, or B.Sc., is required.
With a minimum of two to four years of hands-on accounting experience, you will bring practical expertise to our team. This role requires a proven track record in financial reporting, compliance, and analysis, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include managing ledgers, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business operations.
Possesses exceptional precision in detail examination and maintains a rigorous standard of numerical correctness.
Demonstrates strong expertise in utilizing QuickBooks and other pertinent accounting software solutions.
Demonstrates a solid grasp of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
