This position is tailored for an accomplished individual who blends robust scientific expertise with outstanding relationship-building and business development capabilities. You will function as a trusted consultant to healthcare providers, advancing innovative Invited Diagnostic solutions and supporting laboratories in enhancing their diagnostic capacities.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, including managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring deliverables meet established standards. Conduct regular performance evaluations to assess team productivity and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and align objectives with organizational goals. Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and foster innovation. Monitor industry trends to recommend best practices and technological advancements that drive business growth. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and ethical guidelines throughout all initiatives.

Drive sales and expand market reach for the company’s Invited Diagnostic (IVD) products and solutions, targeting hospitals, diagnostic centers, laboratories, and healthcare institutions to enhance adoption and utilization.

Develop and sustain productive partnerships with laboratory managers, procurement teams, and other essential stakeholders.

Engage prospective clients through comprehensive product presentations, hands-on demonstrations, and in-depth technical discussions to highlight value propositions and address specific needs.

Devise and implement innovative approaches to enhance market penetration and broaden organizational reach.

Deliver comprehensive product education and foundational technical assistance to customers, ensuring seamless implementation and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Partner with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions aligned with client demands.

Attain sales objectives reliably while upholding exceptional professionalism and delivering outstanding customer service.

We seek a candidate with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with at least three years of hands-on experience in the industry. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is a strong understanding of applicable regulations and best practices. Exceptional problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to work effectively both independently and collaboratively are required. Prior experience in leadership or project management roles is highly desirable.

A bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related life science field is required.

A valid professional license or registration, when mandated by relevant regulations, is required.

Mandatory prior experience in IVD sales is required.

Candidates with prior experience in medical device sales, healthcare business development, or laboratory operations will be given preference.

Demonstrates a comprehensive grasp of diagnostic laboratory operations and their clinical significance.

Proven ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, negotiate effectively, and deliver compelling presentations.

Results-oriented professional with a strong track record of initiative and goal achievement, adept at cultivating enduring and productive professional connections.

Flexibility to undertake travel as dictated by business needs is essential.
