We are seeking a skilled professional to fill this essential position, where the primary responsibilities include managing key operational tasks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to company policies. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the field, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is required, and knowledge of data analysis or project management methodologies is highly advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for interacting with stakeholders at all levels. Additionally, the role demands a proactive mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently while meeting strict deadlines.

Deliver Tier 1 IT support services and systematically document all support issues.

The document resolutions are compiled and systematically reviewed to identify recurring issues and emerging patterns, enabling the development of proactive measures aimed at mitigating potential future challenges.

Field incoming assistance requests from end users through in-person interactions, telephone communications, and email correspondence, ensuring interactions are conducted in a professional and courteous manner.

Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills by prioritizing and organizing tasks efficiently. When necessary, escalate issues to the most qualified technician available for resolution.

Access online repositories, technical documentation, software patches, drivers, knowledge bases, and frequently asked questions to facilitate troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Utilize diagnostic tools to facilitate the troubleshooting process.

Maintains accurate inventory records and ensures optimal stock levels are consistently upheld.

Identify and familiarize yourself with the software and hardware solutions that are utilized and supported by the organization.

Execute onsite technical resolutions at the user’s workstation, encompassing the installation, configuration, and updating of both software applications and hardware components.

Conducting routine preventative maintenance tasks, such as inspecting and sanitizing workstations, printers, and other peripheral equipment, to ensure optimal functionality and longevity.

Evaluate fixes thoroughly to confirm that the issue has been satisfactorily resolved, ensuring compliance with established standards and requirements.

Conduct post-resolution follow-ups to ensure requests are fully addressed and resolved in a timely manner.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with three to five years of experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, along with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills. The role requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining software applications, conducting code reviews, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure optimal system performance.

A Bachelor’s degree or an advanced diploma in Computer Science or a closely related field is required.

With a minimum of one to three years of hands-on experience in a support-oriented position, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a solid foundation in providing exceptional service to clients or internal teams. This role requires familiarity with troubleshooting common issues, maintaining clear and professional communication, and effectively managing inquiries or requests in a timely manner. Proficiency in both desktop and server operating systems, specifically Windows 10 and Windows 11, is required.
