Ensure that food preparation and cooking processes are executed consistently, maintaining uniformity in flavor, visual appeal, and portion sizes.
Develop and oversee kitchen schedules to guarantee optimal staffing levels and maintain seamless production workflows.
Oversee food preparation procedures to verify adherence to predetermined quality benchmarks and standardized recipes.
Examine incoming raw materials and ingredients to verify freshness, adherence to quality standards, and appropriate storage conditions.
Perform regular quality inspections of food products prior to their dispatch to retail locations, corporate accounts, and takeaway patrons.
Ensure full compliance with all food safety regulations, hygiene protocols, and sanitation standards throughout kitchen operations.

Provide comprehensive training to new kitchen staff on essential aspects such as food preparation standards, hygiene protocols, and operational procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency in daily operations.
Track kitchen inventory levels and collaborate with the inventory team to maintain sufficient ingredient availability.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with proficiency in multiple programming languages, is essential. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills are necessary. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
A degree or Higher National Diploma in Food Science, Hospitality Management, Catering, or a comparable discipline is required.
