Overview
We are in search of a Client Investment Advisor to serve as the primary liaison for both prospective and existing clients.
The successful applicant will deliver exceptional customer service while overseeing front-desk operations and providing sales support. They will address initial inquiries from prospects, generate leads, contribute to high-level consultations, and facilitate critical onboarding documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Professionally handle incoming phone calls, greet office visitors with warmth, and address initial inquiries submitted via WhatsApp or the company website. Additionally, oversee front desk operations to ensure a polished and efficient reception experience for all visitors and clients.
Accurately document all incoming inquiries, ensuring the collection of essential information such as full name, contact details, preferred destination country, household size, budget range, referral source, and current status.
Attend pre-approved client meetings, manage scheduling for consultations, assemble meeting materials, and serve as a professional representative for the organization in both internal and external settings.
Following the consultation, maintain regular contact with prospects, distribute approved corporate brochures, follow up on any pending items with clients, and ensure the lead tracker remains current.
Gather critical onboarding documentation from clients, meticulously verify their accuracy against approved checklists, and subsequently submit them to the Operations Manager.
Contribute to the development of client proposals by utilizing pre-approved company templates, and promptly elevate high-value prospects to senior leadership, including the CEO or Operations Manager, for further review.
Requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience, along with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a similar role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Familiarity with project management methodologies and regulatory compliance standards is also required. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
Proficiency in banking, customer service, sales, client relations, travel, real estate, investment, or immigration/advisory services is strongly preferred.
Presentable, highly articulate, and poised when engaging with high-net-worth clients, with a natural ability to convey professionalism and confidence. Demonstrates exceptional written communication skills, particularly in crafting clear and polished messages via WhatsApp and email exchanges.
Adept at adhering to corporate checklists, maintaining precise master trackers, and performing structured data entry tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
Demonstrates an unwavering commitment to integrity and discretion when managing confidential financial and personal client data.
A keen learner with a strong capacity for rapid skill acquisition, adept at navigating the complexities of global citizenship and residency by investment programs.
