Oversee the financial operations of the clinic to maintain sufficient liquidity for ongoing activities and ensure fiscal stability.
Process and oversee all financial transactions related to the acquisition of goods and services to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
Coordinate and manage monthly payroll processing to guarantee prompt and precise disbursement of employee salaries, pensions, commissions, and rebates.
Oversee the cashier’s handling of daily cash receipts and disbursements, as well as bank transactions, to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial protocols.
Supervise the billing officer to verify the precision of service billing and expedite the issuance of invoices.
Oversee inventory control processes in partnership with the inventory manager to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Prepare financial records and reports with precision, ensuring adherence to all applicable regulatory requirements and standards.
Compile regular financial reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership regarding financial issues.
Seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to fill a critical role within our dynamic organization. The ideal candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a comparable position. Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Microsoft Office Suite and advanced data analysis tools, is essential.
