Examine supply quantities, consumption patterns, and restocking needs to evaluate current stock levels and future procurement strategies.
Formulate and refine inventory management methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
Responsible for organizing shipment schedules and overseeing inventory management processes.
Conduct regular inventory reconciliations, execute cycle counts, and assess asset valuations to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational standards.
Compile and analyze inventory reports and performance metrics, ensuring accuracy and providing detailed insights to stakeholders.
Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data maintained within ERP systems at all times.
Deliver tailored guidance, training, and assistance to team members as needed to enhance their performance and development.
Seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong background in project management and a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to successful project completion. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, along with a minimum of five years of relevant experience, is required. Additionally, a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is necessary. Responsibilities include overseeing project plans, coordinating team efforts, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, and maintaining clear documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Demonstrates a robust background in overseeing inventory management, optimizing supply chain operations, and enhancing materials management systems.
Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.
Demonstrates extensive hands-on expertise in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Possesses in-depth knowledge of ERP functionalities, workflows, and modules to support business processes effectively. Skilled in leveraging ERP platforms to enhance operational efficiency, data integrity, and decision-making across departments. Familiarity with industry-standard ERP solutions and best practices in system administration, integration, and user training.
Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities of a high standard are required for this role.
Proven capability to operate autonomously with minimal oversight, demonstrating strong self-motivation and accountability in task execution.
Proficiency in spearheading projects, mentoring teams, or managing stock operations is highly beneficial.
