We are in search of a proactive and meticulous People & Operations Manager to enhance our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing payroll processes, overseeing technical recruitment initiatives, fortifying onboarding and learning frameworks, and establishing robust HR policies. The primary responsibilities for this position include:
Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for both technical and non-technical positions by developing compelling job postings, conducting candidate screenings, and facilitating structured interviews and offer negotiations.
Accurately process payroll within designated deadlines while promptly resolving any payroll-related issues; maintain strong collaboration with the finance department to ensure seamless operations.
Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including paid time off, leave policies, and insurance coverage, while ensuring accurate and up-to-date record-keeping.
Design and implement streamlined onboarding processes, guaranteeing that all necessary documentation, orientation sessions, and system access are finalized efficiently.
Coordinate L&D programs by organizing training sessions, overseeing training calendars, and monitoring participant attendance and course completion rates.
Assist in developing and revising HR policies, standard operating procedures, and handbooks to ensure adherence to labor laws across multiple jurisdictions.
Maintain comprehensive employee records, address HR-related inquiries efficiently, evaluate HR metrics to identify trends, and contribute to ongoing process enhancements.
Maintain employee databases, evaluate HR metrics such as turnover rates, time-to-hire, and employee satisfaction then produce actionable insights based on these analyses.
Qualifications
A minimum of five to seven years of professional experience in Human Resources or People Operations is required.
Candidates are required to hold a valid HR certification, such as CPM, CI HRM, SP HRI, or RCI.
Demonstrates extensive experience in overseeing end-to-end technical recruitment processes.
Proficient in payroll systems and skilled in HR software applications.
Possesses a proven track record in developing and managing comprehensive onboarding and training initiatives. Demonstrates expertise in designing structured programs to facilitate seamless integration of new employees while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
Excellent interpersonal abilities and an aptitude for teamwork.
Proficient in data analysis tools, including Excel and HR dashboards, with a keen eye for detail.
Demonstrates comprehensive expertise in labor legislation and employment compliance spanning at least two distinct geographic areas.
Proven capability to effectively manage competing priorities within a dynamic and rapidly changing workplace.
