The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and demonstrate a minimum of five years of progressive experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, is essential. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders. The ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail is critical. Prior leadership or project management experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Accounting.
Minimum of three years’ experience in the manufacturing sector is required.
