Job Summary
We are in search of a diligent, systematic, and forward-thinking storekeeper / Inventory Officer to oversee inventory functions and facilitate streamlined store management operations.
The successful candidate will oversee stock movement, uphold precise inventory records, and facilitate seamless coordination of products between the store and production units.
Oversee and execute critical day-to-day duties, including strategic planning, team leadership, and performance monitoring to ensure operational excellence. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align projects with organizational goals while maintaining adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, innovation, and compliance across all business functions. Manage resource allocation, budget oversight, and risk assessment to optimize productivity and sustainability. Serve as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, transparency, and accountability in all transactions and initiatives.
Accurately receive, record, and oversee stock inventory to ensure precise tracking and management.
Track inventory movement and oversee stock levels to ensure accurate records and prevent shortages or overstocking.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring all documentation and reporting adhere to established standards and compliance requirements.
Verify that stock issuance and reconciliation are conducted with precision and accuracy.
Perform regular stock counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy and accountability.
Monitor inventory levels to identify damaged, missing, or items with insufficient stock, ensuring accurate tracking and timely resolution of discrepancies.
Assist in arranging products and maintaining store layout to ensure efficient organization and optimal presentation.
Oversee the transfer and distribution of inventory across various departments to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient workflow.
Maintain the store’s items in a clean and orderly manner at all times.
Enhance operational effectiveness throughout the store unit to ensure seamless and efficient daily functions.
Seeking a detail-oriented individual with a minimum of three years’ experience in project management, proven leadership capabilities, and exceptional communication skills to oversee cross-functional teams. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, along with proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Asana. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a strong ability to manage budgets up to $250,000, deliver projects on time, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating team efforts, developing project timelines, conducting risk assessments, and providing regular progress updates to stakeholders.
A Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related discipline is required.
Seeking candidates with a minimum of two to three years’ hands-on experience in inventory or store management roles.
Possesses a comprehensive understanding of inventory tracking systems and meticulous record-keeping practices, ensuring accurate and efficient management of stock levels and documentation.
Demonstrates exceptional ability to manage tasks efficiently and perform calculations accurately.

The position requires meticulousness in performing tasks and a strong sense of responsibility in ensuring accuracy and reliability. Demonstrated capability to perform effectively in high-pressure situations while consistently adhering to strict deadlines.
Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems/software is required.
