A Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field is required.

Responsibilities:

Accurately and promptly process purchase requisitions, then issue corresponding purchase orders to ensure efficient procurement operations.

Source quotation requests from suppliers, then meticulously evaluate pricing to guarantee optimal cost efficiency across both domestic and global markets.

Responsibilities include meticulously documenting and organizing purchase orders, invoices, and all related procurement documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. This role demands a keen attention to detail and a systematic approach to maintaining comprehensive records for auditing and financial tracking purposes.

Ensure the sales and customer database is consistently current by performing regular updates and verifications.

Responsibilities include coordinating transportation logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods to clients.

Provide administrative support to sales teams to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

Submit all invoices to the designated entities for processing and disbursement of payments.

Help address and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise with suppliers to ensure seamless collaboration and operational efficiency.

Ensure adherence to established company policies and procedures governing procurement and inventory management.

Maintain regular correspondence with the sales team to convey delivery schedules and provide timely updates.

Aid in the acceptance and evaluation of incoming shipments and merchandise, confirming both quantities and quality standards.

Facilitate the assessment of supplier performance to ensure alignment with established standards and expectations.

Performs additional assignments as designated by the supervisor, ensuring all tasks align with established objectives and operational standards.
