Requirements:

A Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field is required.

A minimum of one to two years of professional experience in a relevant field is required.

Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, strong interpersonal aptitude, advanced technical and analytical capabilities, and proficiency in various computer systems and software applications.

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to established protocols, maintaining high standards of productivity and quality. Supervise a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to foster professional growth and accountability. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align objectives, streamline processes, and achieve organizational goals. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze operational data, and implement corrective actions as needed to optimize performance. Develop and enforce policies and procedures that promote safety, compliance, and operational excellence. Serve as a liaison between leadership and staff, communicating priorities, expectations, and feedback to drive alignment and engagement. Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and innovation to enhance overall efficiency and competitiveness.

Accurately and efficiently process purchase requisitions while generating corresponding purchase orders in a timely fashion.

Secure supplier quotes and conduct comprehensive price comparisons to guarantee cost-effective procurement, both domestically and abroad.

Accurately document and organize purchase orders, invoices, and all related procurement records.

Oversee the continuous updating and accuracy of sales and customer databases to ensure they reflect current information.

Arrange and oversee the transportation logistics required to deliver goods to clients efficiently and punctually.

Provide administrative support to sales teams, ensuring all necessary tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Prepare and submit all invoices to the designated recipients for processing and payment.

Responsibilities include investigating and addressing any discrepancies or issues that may arise with suppliers.

Ensure adherence to established company policies and procedures governing procurement and inventory management activities.

Collaborate with the sales team to provide timely delivery schedules and updates.

Assist by receiving and inspecting incoming orders or products to ensure accurate quantities and adherence to quality standards.

Evaluate supplier performance through thorough analysis and assessment.

Performs additional tasks as directed by a supervisor, as required.
